Call for Applications: Erasmus+ Staff Training Mobility – UNINT International Staff Week, Rome (20–24 October 2025)

Administrative staff members of EPOKA University are invited to apply for a staff training mobility opportunity as part of the International Staff Week hosted by UNINT – Università degli Studi Internazionali di Roma, from 20 to 24 October 2025, within the framework of the Erasmus+ KA171 project.

Programme Overview

The Staff Week will include:

Training workshops and roundtables on Erasmus+ and international mobility
Presentations of participating institutions
A cultural visit to a historical landmark in Rome
Networking sessions and engagement with UNINT students

Application Form on Participation in Activities held outside the University (available on EIS)
Staff Mobility for Training Form
Curriculum Vitae (CV)

All the applications received will be forwarded by IRO to the Rectorate of EPOKA University for the selection of the candidates as per standard procedure.

The IRO does not guarantee the approval of the nominated candidate by the host institution or the cancellation of the grant by the grant holder institution.
