During a recent trip to the Tor Vergata University of Rome, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Gentjan Skara (Head of the Law Department) and Dr. Armando Demaj (Head of the International Relations Office) made sure to carve out time for a special reunion. They met with Evjol Goga and Geri Ndraxhi, two of our fourth-year law students who are currently calling Rome home through the Erasmus+ program.
Over a relaxed dinner in the heart of the city, the group moved past academic talk to focus on the real-life side of the exchange experience. Evjol and Geri shared what they’ve loved about their time in Italy, the challenges they’ve faced living in a new city, and how they’ve grown since leaving Tirana. For Assoc. Prof. Dr. Skara and Dr. Demaj, it was a proud moment to see their students thriving and gaining such valuable life experience. This evening was a perfect example of how the Erasmus+ journey is about much more than just classes, it's about the connections and memories made along the way.
