Dr. Heliona Bellani and Prof Ass. Dr. Bojana Hajdini from EPOKA University had the pleasure of participating in the International Staff Week hosted by the Leiden University of Applied Sciences from March 3–7, 2025. The program offered an enriching platform for professional exchange, collaborative learning, and international networking.
The event featured a variety of well-structured sessions covering topics such as blended mobility in Creathons, KA171 project calls, and international collaboration strategies. Participants also engaged in dynamic activities, including the Creathon workshop, a sustainability-focused tour, and insightful roundtable discussions.
Dr. Bellani emphasized that the experience provided valuable perspectives and practical tools that will significantly enhance their academic and administrative contributions at EPOKA University. The program served as an inspiration for future collaborative initiatives and innovative approaches in higher education and mobility programs.
