The International Relations Office (IRO) is pleased to announce the Call for Applications for International Staff Mobility under the Erasmus+ Programme, open to both academic and administrative staff of EPOKA University.
This call is dedicated exclusively to participation in the International Staff Week hosted by Sapienza University of Rome in Rome, Italy.
The mobility will take place from October 12 to October 16, 2026 (5 days, excluding travel days) and will focus on the internationalization of higher education, Erasmus+ programmes, and cooperation among partner institutions.
These mobility opportunities are designed to strengthen cross-border collaboration, build institutional capacity, and enhance EPOKA University’s academic and administrative excellence at the international level. In line with Erasmus+ principles of inclusiveness and equal opportunity, priority will be given to first-time participants. Additional consideration will be given to applicants whose proposed mobility aligns with specific departmental or faculty priorities, ensuring that the experience contributes directly to the university’s strategic objectives.
All submitted applications will be forwarded by the IRO to the Rectorate of EPOKA University for candidate selection, in accordance with standard procedures. It is important to note that nomination by the Rectorate is not final. Candidates nominated by the Rectorate will be required to submit a separate application to the host institution, Sapienza University of Rome, and final acceptance will be confirmed by the host institution.
Please note that the IRO does not guarantee the acceptance of nominated candidates by the host institution, nor can it be held responsible for any cancellation of grants by the grant-awarding institutions.
