The International Relations Office (IRO) is pleased to announce the opening of the second call for applications for the Erasmus+ Exchange Programme for the Fall Semester of the 2026–2027 academic year.

Students are strongly encouraged to read carefully the specific information for each Partner Institution and review EPOKA University’s Regulation on Student Exchange before submitting their application.

Note:
Each student nominated by EPOKA University will receive a grant financed by the European Commission, including travel support calculated based on the distance to the host country.
A second call may be announced at a later stage, depending on final confirmations from other partner universities.

Important: Quotas for each partner university are limited.

Important Reminders

1. Students must consult with their academic advisor at EPOKA University to ensure course compatibility.
2. Students must verify that there are no academic calendar conflicts between EPOKA University and the host institution.
3. The International Relations Office (IRO) does not guarantee the approval of nominated students by the host institution, nor can it ensure that the grant will be continued or confirmed by the host institution.

A. Application Criteria

For First Cycle and Integrated Second Cycle Study Programs:

• Students must be enrolled in the second, third, or fourth, fifth year academic year for integrated programs.
• Students must have completed at least 60 ECTS.
• Students must not be in the final semester of their studies.
• The minimum required Cumulative GPA is 2.40 out of 4.00.

For Second Cycle (Master of Science) Study Programs:

• Students must be enrolled in the first semester or later.
• If applying during the first semester, the student must have achieved a Bachelor’s GPA of at least 2.50 out of 4.00.
• If applying in the second semester or beyond, the student’s Master’s CGPA must be at least 2.50 out of 4.00.

B. Application Documents

All applicants must submit the following documents:

• Completed Application for International Exchange Form (attached), signed by the academic advisor.
• Most recent transcript of records (issued by the Registrar’s Office).
• Curriculum Vitae (CV).
• Copy of passport or national ID card.

C. Application Deadline

Deadline to apply: April 24, 2026
