Assoc. Prof. Dr. Elda Dollija, lecturer in the Department of Business Administration at EPOKA University, attended the BIP – Cultural Heritage and Real Estate Investments in Historical Towns, organized by the Department of Business Administration & Economics at the University of Rome Tor Vergata, held from 21 to 25 September 2026.
The programme provided an opportunity for academic exchange, interdisciplinary dialogue, and international cooperation, focusing on the relationship between cultural heritage, historical urban environments, real estate investment, and sustainable development.
