Esmir Demaj successfully passed his PhD Dissertation Defense on 26 June 2020. His thesis is titled “Top Management and Organizational Ambidexterity Paradox: A Qualitative Research on Dynamic Managerial Capabilities” and was successfully defended in front of a five-person jury of scholars from the Faculty of Economics of the University of Tirana and the Department of Business at Epoka University. Prof. Dr. Teoman Duman served as Mr. Demaj’s thesis advsior.
