The International Office and the University Board of Fulda University in Germany, one of our esteemed university partners, were delighted to be able to offer to EPOKA University one scholarship in their International Winter University. The scholarship covered the programme fees of 2,190.00 Euros. Accommodation, seminars & workshops and field trips to Berlin, Rhön Mountains and Point Alpha. Iris Buçiqi our representative student, who won this scholarship oportunity, shared her experience regarding her time there.
The International Winter University in Fulda is one of the most incredible experiences of my life. Through this wintry program, I was given the opportunity to grow on an academical and individual level. The IWU enriched me with knowledge in areas which I had encountered very little in my studies through intensive but amazing seminars held by acknowledged professors. Furthermore, it allowed me to learn more about the German language, history and politics by visiting important historical sites, museums and expositions. Most importantly, this experience served as a platform for me to build new intrapersonal relationships and expand my network by meeting wonderful students from all over the world. Throughout three incredible weeks I was able to learn and immerse myself in a foreign culture and share this experience with these amazing individuals. I will forever be grateful to the Fulda University of Applied Sciences and the Political Science and International Relations Department at Epoka University for giving me the chance to participate in this fulfilling experience.
