On June 20, representatives from Shkodra University, University of Vlora, EPOKA University and Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Vlora Region gathered at EPOKA University’s premises and welcomed Mr. Philippe Dubois, External Evaluator appointed by the SUCCESS project to evaluate the current status of the project at each institution.
The meeting revolved around the following topics:
1. Results of each Work Package: The external evaluator assessed the deliverables associated with each work package and required further clarification on their fulfillment.
2. Partnership Dynamics: Analysis of the partners satisfaction with project structure, internal communication and communication tools within the partnership, transparency, access to information etc.
3. Impact of the project: The evaluation concentrated on the positive changes produced by the SUCCESS project for its target groups (participating organizations and stakeholders). It assessed how the project benefits the target group at local, regional, national and/or European level.
