Our distinguished guest speaker is Prof. Dr. Gentian Zyberi, a leading expert in International Law and Human Rights. Prof. Zyberi brings unparalleled expertise, having held several significant positions in international bodies, including:

Professor of International Law and Human Rights at the Norwegian Centre for Human Rights, University of Oslo.
Member of the Permanent Court of Arbitration (2016–2028).
Member of the Scientific Committee of the EU Fundamental Rights Agency (2023–2028).
President of the Albanian Branch of the International Law Association (2014–Present).
