On March 26, fourth-year architecture students at Epoka University, as part of the ARCH 414 course with Dr. Joana Dhiamandi and Msc. Katjana Boriçi, and those who will graduate soon, had the opportunity to attend an open lecture and engage in a dynamic discussion on the topic “The Interplay of Architecture, Urbanism and Real Estate in Tirana” with Argita Perpunja, a real estate business development professional.
The session explored the close relationship between architecture and real estate, highlighting how architectural design plays a crucial role in shaping buyers’ preferences.
Key topics included the role of architecture in Tirana’s rapidly evolving urban landscape, factors that add value to a project, and investment strategies of construction companies and investors in Albania.
The discussion was insightful and engaging, providing students with a deeper understanding of the challenges and opportunities in this field.
