Ms. Stela Lila and Mr. Genti Rustemi from the Department of Computer Engineering represented EPOKA University in an Erasmus+ staff mobility for teaching hosted by Bjelovar University of Applied Sciences, Croatia, from 8 to 12 December 2025.
During the mobility period, they delivered lectures entitled “AI Explained Simply: From Python Code to Assembly Instructions.” The sessions focused on fundamental concepts of artificial intelligence, with particular emphasis on the perceptron model and its underlying principles. By linking high-level programming in Python with low-level assembly instructions, the lectures provided participants with a clearer understanding of how AI algorithms are implemented across different computational layers.
The teaching activities encouraged active academic exchange and supported an interdisciplinary approach to AI education, combining theoretical foundations with practical and low-level computational perspectives. This Erasmus+ mobility contributed to strengthening institutional cooperation between EPOKA University and Bjelovar University of Applied Sciences, while also enhancing teaching practices and international collaboration in the field of computer engineering and artificial intelligence.
