Dr Gentjan Skara participated in the Winter European Law School (WELS Tirana 2026), organised by ELSA Albania from 11 January to 18 January 2026 in Tirana.
During the winter school, Dr. Skara had the opportunity to engage with bright young legal minds on the evolving landscape of EU law.
The 1️⃣ session explored the legal framework of two fundamental EU freedoms and their practical importance within the internal market.
The 2️⃣ session offered valuable insights into the objectives of the Digital Markets Act and its role in shaping competition and fairness within the EU digital market.
