The Department of Law at Epoka University, in collaboration with EUVALWEB Legal Observatory at the University of Salerno, the Italian National Association of Magistrates and the Salerno Bar Chamber, organised a special "Cinema and Law" event at Turgut Ozal High School.
We screened the film (IM) PERFETTA—winner of "The Reality that Doesn't Exist" contest—to dive deep into:
🚫 The myth of social media perfection.
🧩 The fragmentation of identity online.
⚖️ The legal and social realities of the digital age.
A huge thank you to our guest speakers, including EUVALWEB Legal Observatory’s Director, Associate Prof. Teresa Russo; Deputy Public Prosecutor at the Court of Salerno, Alessandro Di Vico, Deputy Italian State Police Commissioner, Roberta Manzo, and Marije Ramaj, Specialist for Analysing Digital Evidence at the Sector of Analyses, Monitoring and 247 near the Director of Cybercrime Investigation at the General Directorate of State Police for guiding our students through these vital conversations.
