Dear candidates,

We would like to inform you that the application process for the transferring of studies to all Bachelor study programs as well as at the 5-year integrated programs offered by EPOKA University for the 2022-2023 academic year has started on September 02, 2022.

Candidates should be students who are enrolled in accredited study programs that belong to the same cycle of studies and are offered by public or private higher education institutions, within or outside the Republic of Albania and are same or similar to the study programs offered by EPOKA University.

Candidates should fulfill the admission criteria in the respective study program offered by EPOKA University.

Interested candidates should apply to the Admission Office during September 02-13, 2022, by submitting the following documents:

1. Completed application form to be obtained at the Admission Office;
2. Course description of the respective study program and syllabi;
3. Grades Certificate (Transcript) which contains the list of courses and their respective grades and credits;
4. Notarized copy of the State Matura Diploma accompanied by the Grades List, or of the High School Diploma obtained in the respective country accompanied by the Grades List,
5. If high school studies have been completed abroad, document on the equivalence of high school studies issued by the Center of Educational Services of the Republic of Albania.

Main dates

September 02-13, 2022       Application by candidates to the Admission Office;
By September 17, 2022       Announcement of the list of applicants;
By September 23, 2022       Evaluation of applications by said commissions (Scientific Committees of each Department);
By September 27, 2022       Announcement of the final list of accepted candidates;    
October 07-11, 2022            Final enrollment of accepted candidates at the Registrar's Office;
October 18, 2022                 Enrollment of the accepted candidates at the remained unfilled quotas at the Registrar's Office.
