The Ambassador of the Kingdom of the Netherlands to Albania H.E. Mr. Reinout VOS, accompanied by his team, was welcomed by the management of Turgut Ozal Education Company (TOE) and EPOKA University in the framework of his participation as a guest speaker in the Scientific Symposium “The Rule of Law at the Frontline of the EU Integration in the Western Balkans” which was held at EPOKA University on March 25, 2026.
TOE - owned by the Dutch B.F. Coöperatiefentity - represents the largest education company in the country having established and operated the much-acclaimed TurgutOzal pre-university educational institutions as well as EPOKA University.
The management of TOE and EPOKA briefed the Dutch Ambassador on the main developments concerning the TurgutOzal pre-university educational institutions as well as EPOKA University focusing on the actions undertaken aiming to further increase the international visibility and recognition of these educational institutions.
Ambassador Vos expressed his appreciation for the valuable contribution provided by TOE and EPOKA in raising the human capital of Albania with a view to the country’s EU accession. He also emphasized that the Dutch Embassy closely follows the projects of TOE as part of a Dutch company and encouraged EPOKA University to further intensify its cooperation with foreign educational institutions with a particular focus on Dutch universities
