The collaborative research of EPOKA University professors has achieved a remarkable milestone!
The paper titled “Young Adults’ Pathway to Digital Entrepreneurship: From Ideas to Innovation”, authored by Arjona Çela, Egla Mansi, and Fatbardha Morina, has been published in the prestigious European Journal of Innovation Management.
This high-impact journal, indexed in the Web of Science SSCI, Journal Citation Reports, and Scopus, boasts an impressive 5-year impact factor of 5.8.
The study reveals that innovativeness, attitude towards entrepreneurship, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control, and self-efficacy significantly influence digital entrepreneurial intentions among Albanian students. It also highlights a strong preference for digital entrepreneurship and uses machine learning to analyze student preferences. This research offers novel insights into Albania's entrepreneurial landscape by applying the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) in a unique context, testing innovativeness' direct impact, and bridging academia and industry to support student entrepreneurship.
