The first day of Tung Ideve Start Up successfully kicked off with an engaging program designed to spark creativity, teamwork, and entrepreneurial thinking.
The event began with registration, a warm welcome, and an opening session that set an inspiring tone, followed by interactive icebreakers led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Alba Kruja, which helped participants connect and collaborate.
A highlight of the morning was the introduction of the Sustain for Future (SFF-LEARN) project, presented by PhD candidate Anisa Isufi, emphasizing sustainable thinking in innovation.
Participants then explored Design Thinking and the Lean Canvas model in a keynote session by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Alba Kruja, gaining key tools for shaping business ideas.
Through teamwork sessions, participants developed their own Lean Canvas concepts, followed by a creative break with LEGO® Serious Play® facilitated by MSc. Sumeyra Uyurca, encouraging hands-on creativity and collaboration.
The focus then shifted to user understanding, guided by Dr. Vilma Cekani through the “Understand Observe” phase, where teams conducted interviews and gathered real insights.
In the afternoon, energy continued with a warm-up session before moving into “Synthesis – POV” and “Ideation” led by Dr. Vilma Cekani and MSc. Mikaela Musta, where teams transformed insights into creative solutions.
The day concluded with reflection and independent work, allowing participants to refine and strengthen their Lean Canvas ideas.
Overall, Day 1 of Tung Ideve Start Up was filled with enthusiasm, innovation, and strong collaboration, laying a powerful foundation for the journey ahead.
