Academic staff from the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences (FEAS) at Epoka University had the opportunity to showcase their latest research at the EMAN Conference, held at the University of London Institute in Paris, on March 27, 2025.

Dr. Aida Bitri presented her research on The Impact of Artificial Intelligence on the Job Market: Addressing the Need for Upskilling and Reskilling Among Employees Across Various Industries in Albania. Her study highlighted the transformative effects of AI on employment structures and emphasized the urgency for workforce adaptation through targeted skill development initiatives. 

M.Sc. Egla Mansi contributed to the discourse on governance and technological innovation with her research on The Role of Digital Transformation in Public Administration: Enhancing Efficiency, Transparency, and Citizen Engagement. Her work explored how digital governance frameworks are reshaping public service delivery in Albania and beyond, emphasizing best practices for improving institutional performance and accessibility. She also provided insights into the challenges of digital adoption within governmental institutions and the strategies required to bridge digital gaps.

M.Sc. Anisa Isufi presented her research on The Role of Strategic Signaling in Shaping Sustainable Consumer Choices: A Systematic Review of Fast Fashion Supply Chains. Her study examined how sustainability-oriented marketing strategies influence consumer behavior, particularly in the fast fashion industry. Prof. Isufi’s research highlighted the role of corporate transparency and ethical branding in fostering environmentally responsible consumption patterns.

Beyond individual research contributions, the participation of Epoka University academics at EMAN 2025 strengthened the institution's commitment to international research collaboration and knowledge exchange. The conference provided a platform for meaningful discussions on contemporary challenges in economics, business, and governance, allowing faculty members to engage with global experts and expand their academic networks. More than 300 authors gave their contribution to the conference with 170 abstracts/papers from 26 different countries:
