On June 5, 2025, Epoka University proudly hosted a delegation of 29 Executive MBA students from TSM Business School, University of Twente (Netherlands), accompanied by Mrs. Janneke Deterink, Program Director, as part of their international study visit to Albania.

The visit was marked by a dynamic academic exchange program focused on leadership, education, and international collaboration. The event served as a platform for sharing expertise, engaging in cross-cultural dialogue, and exploring the evolving landscape of higher education and business in Albania.

Key Highlights of the Visit Included:

• Welcome Address: Assoc. Prof. Dr. Alba Kruja, Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, opened the event with a keynote presentation titled “Leadership, Education & Business in Albania: A University’s Perspective.”
• Social Business & Sustainability: Dr. Besjon Zenelaj, Director of the Yunus Center, discussed “Challenges and Opportunities in Albanian Higher Education,” offering a thoughtful analysis of the sector’s development.
• Innovation and Internationalization: Dr. Florenc Skuka, Head of the Department of Business Administration, shared insights on “Epoka’s Role in Internationalization and Innovation,” highlighting the university’s strategic global engagement.
• Alumni Reflections: Dr. Vilma Cekani, Lecturer and Epoka MBA Alumna, reflected on her academic journey from student to faculty member, bridging local and global academic experiences.
• Interactive Dialogue: A vibrant open discussion brought together MBA participants, Epoka faculty, and students to explore themes of leadership and cultural context in today’s interconnected world.
   

The day concluded with a networking cocktail and coffee session, followed by a guided campus tour showcasing Epoka’s modern facilities and innovation centers.
