On October 17, 2025, the Department of Business Administration at EPOKA University held the official Handover Ceremony for the position of Head of Department. The leadership transitioned from Dr. Florenc Skuka to Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nargiza Alymkulova.
The ceremony was attended by members of the academic staff of the Department and the Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Assoc. Prof. Alba Kruja.
During the event, the participants expressed their gratitude to Dr. Florenc Skuka for his dedicated service, leadership, and contributions to the Department throughout his term. His efforts in fostering academic excellence and student engagement were highly appreciated by both colleagues and students.
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nargiza Alymkulova assumed the role of Head of Department with a commitment to continue strengthening the Department’s academic standards, research initiatives, and student-centered approach.
