EPOKA University is proud to announce its participation in the international project Creathon: Manifesto 2025 – “Truth in the Age of AI”- on 9 April 2025, an initiative that brought together students from Albania, the Netherlands, and Suriname to address one of the most critical challenges of our time:
“Can we still trust what we see, hear, or read?”
Led by Dr. Heliona Bellani and Prof. Assoc. Dr. Bojana Hajdini, EPOKA students joined their peers in an inspiring cross-cultural experience designed to promote critical thinking, media literacy, and ethical reflections on artificial intelligence.
The Creathon encouraged students to work collaboratively across borders and disciplines, resulting in the creation of a three-part video manifesto:
Through creativity, dialogue, and teamwork, our students explored the social implications of AI and the rise of fake news while advocating for a future rooted in truth, fairness, and ethical innovation.
We extend our gratitude to our international partners from Leiden University of Applied Sciences, particularly to Carlo Bakker, for his vision and collaboration in making this project a success. Most importantly, we commend our students for raising their voices and demonstrating leadership in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
