Second-year students of the integrated law program at Epoka University conducted a study visit to the premises of the School of Magistrates.
This study visit was conducted within the framework of the course "Law of Obligations" headed by Prof. Dr. Marjana Semini, judge at the Constitutional Court of Albania.
During the study visit, the students were introduced to the premises of the School of Magistrates and then discussed various legal issues related to the transfer of ownership and the difficulties that arise in resolving cases with atypical contracts.
