The Department of Business Administration is pleased to share that Dr. Elda Dollija, Lecturer at EPOKA University, participated as a Keynote Speaker at the EUMMAS A2S Conference on Global Social and Technological Development and Sustainability, held on 10–12 November 2025 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The conference was co-organised by the European Marketing and Management Association (EUMMAS) and hosted by Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM).
This year’s EUMMAS A2S Conference brought together renowned academics, industry professionals, and global leaders to explore the future of leadership, innovation, and sustainable development. With participants from numerous countries and institutions, the conference provided a valuable forum for exchanging ideas and fostering international academic cooperation.
Dr. Dollija contributed to the Leadership Forum with her keynote presentation “Leading with Purpose in the Era of Innovation and Inclusion.”
During the event, Dr. Dollija joined an esteemed group of EUMMAS Board Members and international professors. Her participation further highlighted EPOKA University’s growing presence in global academic discussions on leadership and sustainable development.
